Training Surgery Days

Many staff members find it difficult to spend a whole day on training and as such end up with specific problems which need to be answered by a trainer. Each person can book the trainer's time to go through areas where they need help. This works out as an extremely cost effective way which minimises disruption to work schedules and focuses on specific problem areas.

All you need to do is get a list of delegates together and allocate time slots throughout the day working on a six hour day. Each delegate needs to have their list prepared ready for the trainer's visit.
